Surgery Schedule
This is the payment schedule for cosmetic plastic surgery in our Las Vegas practice:
- Initial complimentary cosmetic consultation is free when you register online.
- Pre-op office visit, $75 fee. (Applied to your total procedure cost.)
- Surgical deposit of $500 required to secure your preferred surgery date. (Applied to the total cost of your procedure)
- Payment for your procedure is due in full 2 weeks prior to your actual cosmetic surgery date. (Financing plans available)

Insurance
SurgiSpa accepts several insurance plans for plastic surgery. Please contact our office and your insurance carrier for further details. Cosmetic surgery procedures typically are not covered by insurance companies.
Financing Plans
We offer financing through CareCredit. If you have been approved for a cosmetic financing through another carrier call our office so we can discuss a potential special arrangement.
