Surgery Schedule
- Initial complimentary cosmetic consultation is free when you register online.
- Pre-op office visit, $75 fee. (Applied to your total procedure cost)
- Surgical deposit of $500 required to secure your preferred surgery date. (Applied to the total cost of your procedure)
- Payment for your procedure is due in full 2 weeks prior to your actual cosmetic surgery date. (Financing plans available)

Insurance
SurgiSpa accepts several insurance plans. Please contact our office and your insurance carrier for further details. Cosmetic surgery procedures typically are not covered by insurance companies.
