Las Vegas Cosmetic Surgery Photo Gallery

The patient in these photos is a 27 year old woman working in the entertainment service industry who came to my cosmetic surgery practice in Las Vegas because she was interested in a breast augmentation procedure. She wanted to create a fuller profile by increasing her breast size from a B cup to a C cup, and she wanted to even out a slight asymmetry between her breasts.

Based on the patient’s good health, her anatomy, and her expectations for the procedure, I recommended a transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation. Transaxillary breast augmentation is different from a traditional breast augmentation procedure in that the incision is made in the armpit instead of on the breast itself. This virtually eliminates visible scarring and it offers the added benefit of a shortened recovery time. I also recommended submuscular placement of the implants, which means that the implant is placed below the pectoralis muscle. Submuscular placement usually creates more natural looking breasts and reduces the chance of seeing the shape of the implant underneath the skin.

I performed this young woman's breast enlargement in Las Vegas at my practice. The patient chose high profile, smooth round implants filled with saline. The left implant was filled to 375cc and the right was filled to 385cc to correct some very minor asymmetry. As the after photos show, she now has a much fuller figure and her breasts are symmetrical. One major concern the patient had expressed during our pre-operative consultations was that she did not want visible scarring. She was very pleased with the endoscopic breast augmentation because it left no visible scarring and took her from the B cup she had been to the C cup she wanted.
