The patient in these photos came to my plastic surgery practice in Las Vegas because she was interested in a breast revision with breast augmentation. She had had a breast reduction several years prior, after which she lost a significant amount of weight. Unfortunately, the weight loss also caused her to lose volume and shape in her breasts. She wanted a breast augmentation to improve the shape of her breasts and bring them back into proportion with her body.

During our consultation, she and I discussed the various breast augmentation options available. She chose round saline-filled implants, and upon my recommendation, she opted for submuscular placement of the implants via inframammary incisions. Her goal was to increase her size from a B cup to a D cup.

I performed this breast augmentation at my practice in Las Vegas. The implants brought the patient up to a D cup and there is very little visible scarring. Her procedure has corrected the deflated look her breasts had before surgery, giving her a fuller, more feminine profile. Not surprisingly, she is very happy with her results.

The situation this patient found herself in after breast reduction is not uncommon among breast reduction patients.
