Description
This is a 31-year-old female who wishes a breast augmentation to improve her body proportions. She has been thinking about a breast augmentation for greater than 10 years. She has 2 children for which she has breast fed. She stopped breast feeding greater than 9 years ago. Since then her right breast is larger than her left by approximately 10-15 cc. Weight is 125 pounds. Height 5’4″. I performed a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using a 500 cc high profile silicone implant placed through the IMF incision.
