Las Vegas Non-Surgical Facelift

A non-surgical facelift is one of the least invasive treatments Dr. Cambeiro offers to restore facial beauty and appearances. It provides facial rejuvenation without the downtime of surgery. Although it is a non-surgical procedure, the techniques used require advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, structures, and aesthetic practices.

Minimally invasive facial procedures involve injectable fillers, like Juvéderm, Radiesse, and Restylane. Their natural components are identical to mineral content found in the skin structure and human bone. They are reliable in increasing volume to underlying skin tissues to reduce wrinkles and tighten skin.

In some cases, Dr. Cambeiro may recommend Botox injections as a supplement or alternative to these fillers. This highly popular neuromodulator has decades of cosmetic use worldwide and remains the most sought-after non-invasive treatment in medicine today.

Radiesse, like other dermal fillers, is a temporary wrinkle treatment that Dr. Cambeiro will inject under the skin to plump facial fullness and smooth over wrinkles. It is long-lasting, requires fewer treatments, and has a thicker consistency with relatively large particles compared to other fillers. It is a useful treatment for deep wrinkles and nasolabial folds found around the lips and outer edges of the nostrils.

Restylane boosts facial volume by increasing hyaluronic acid under the skin. This natural component attracts and holds moisture to reinforce underlying skin structure and reduce wrinkles, lines, and folds. Dr. Cambeiro frequently uses it to improve lip symmetry by increasing fullness in that area.

Juvéderm is an HA-based dermal filler. The Juvederm family contains several products, and each of them addresses facial aging signs. The Juvederm line features different concentrations of hyaluronic acid and bonding types. Each unique product targets specific problems when injected into different depths and areas. Juvéderm fillers have a smooth, gel-like consistency.

Juvéderm Voluma is the youngest member of the Juvederm family. It is formulated with lidocaine for added comfort during treatment. With the added local anesthetic, this filler is known as Juvéderm Voluma XC. Voluma is unique in that the HA is cross-linked through a process called Vycross that helps provide an excellent lifting for the mid-face and other areas. 

Juvéderm Vollure is intended to correct age-related volume loss in the face, specifically to reduce wrinkles and improve the cheeks’ aesthetic appearance. Like Voluma, Vollure also offers an XC option that contains lidocaine to ease discomfort. The HA-based gel is administered directly into the cheek to lift and contour the skin, making the patient appear more youthful and vibrant.

Volbella is a dermal filler used to define lips and for the correction of fine wrinkles around the lips. This non-surgical lip augmentation treatment plumps the lips and minimizes the appearance of fine lines around the mouth, also known as perioral rhytids or perioral lines. The smaller particle size allows for the correction of these fine areas without the worry that your lips will get bulky or too puffy.

Botox is an injectable that employs botulinum toxin to reduce muscle movement and stop the advancement of expression lines and wrinkles. These facial flaws include the horizontal forehead lines, crow’s feet, and the vertical lines between the brows. Because of the popularity of this product, many people who advertise their services as injectors are not medical professionals, with many only having a weekend training seminar under their belt. At SurgiSpa, however, Dr. Cambeiro administers all injections himself.  

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Some of our patients who have extreme nose structure issues will require surgical intervention. But an increasing number of people can improve their nose appearance without surgery. Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves injecting select dermal fillers to add volume to the nose. Although more size may be the last thing you feel you need, Dr. Cambeiro can use his knowledge of the nasal structure and his artistic skill to make the nose look smaller with the use of dermal fillers.

The dermal fillers on the market each have a different lifespan before additional injections are necessary to maintain results. Dr. Cambiero offers long-lasting treatments, with some results persisting for up to a year.
