This is a 31 year old female with hypomastia and breast asymmetry who wishes a breast augmentation mammoplasty. She is a 34B and wishes to be a 34C. She weighs 155 pounds and her height 5′ 8″. I used a smooth round high profile saline implant filled to 400cc on the left breast and 415cc on the right.
