This 27 year old patient complains of small breasts and is here regarding her wishes to have breast augmentation. She claims that her breasts have always been small/atrophied since giving birth and breast feeding and she seeks to improve her appearance. Her height is 5’6 and weighs 170 pounds. She is asymmetrical with the left breast being slightly larger. Her bra size is a B and wished to be a small D. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation, under the muscle with a moderate plus profile implant. On the left breast I placed a 350cc implant and on the right I placed a 425cc implant.
