This 32yr old patient complains of small breasts, she is here regarding her wishes to have a breast augmentation. She wishes to enhance breast size and improve the shape of her breasts. She is 5’6 in height and 120 pounds. Is currently a B cup size and would like to be a D. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation, using subpectoral implant placement with 375/400 High profile, smooth, silicone implants.
