This 28yr old patient complains of small breasts, she is here regarding her wishes to have a breast augmentation. She wishes to enhance breast size, she is currently a B cup size and would like to be a full D. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation, using subpectoral implant placement with 500/550cc high plus profile, smooth, silicone implants.
