This is a 37-year-old female who wishes a breast augmentation to improve her body proportions. She is currently size A and wishes to be a full C small D/D. Weight 150. Height 5’6″. I performed a bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using 400 to 450 cc moderate plus silicone implant placed to the IMF incision.
