This is a 29-year-old female who wishes a breast augmentation to give her body proportions. She has had three children, has breast-fed them and quit breast feeding six months ago. She is currently a size B and wishes to be a D/full D. She feels her right breast is slightly bigger than her left breast. Her right breast is bigger than her left by approximately 5-10 cc. She is 5’4″ and 132 pounds. In general, she is well appearing with realistic expectations. I performed a bilateral breast augmentation, under the muscle using a high profile 525 cc saline implant placed at the IMF incision.
