The patient is a 42-year-old female who wishes implant replacement. She had several operations on her breasts and now has bilateral deflations. She now wishes to go bigger than she was previously. She says she was a size D prior and wishes to be a full D/DD. She says she wishes to have a 600 cc implant, and she wishes a silicone implant. I discussed with her the fact that her breasts would be of asymmetrical size given her native asymmetrical size. I will attempt to possibly have different size implants available. She is aware that she will have breast asymmetry and she wishes to continue with the operation. Weight 146 pounds. Height 5’2″. I performed a bilateral implant exchange using the IMF incision with a silicone Moderate Plus 550 cc to 600 cc breast implant.
